Tamilnadu Tourism conducted the Indian Dance Festival, where our school students performed to become a slice of history

Darshini - XII Std. - took part in a dance program to gain an entry into Guinness Book of World Records.

Aparna of class XII the school captain of Throw ball was a top notch player who found herself a place in State team. Following her foot steps Swathi was a successful athlete representing the district and the state till she completed schooling.

Our students took part in various inter school competitions and brought home many prizes in different competitions such as Face painting, Folk Beat, Colour my Pot, Palm Poetry and Latin Square conducted by Shiksha Public Schoo

Some of our illustrious students won I Prize and cash awards of Rs.5000/- in Tami land English Essay Competitions along with Cooking without fire, Bharatanatyam and Short film making Competitions conducted by Mohamed Sathak College.

CULTURALS

Every academic year begins with celebrating International Yoga Day with great fervour. Yoga is being taught as a part of the curriculum in our school to enable our students to gain a strong physical and mental frame.

Guru Poornima is celebrated to impart the students the greatness of guru. That day our students seek the blessings of the teachers, to guide them in the righteous way.

This year Fathers’ Day was celebrated in a week-long program
conducting different interesting competitions for the child and the father.

It allowed the mothers to see the fathers in a different light.
Every year Grandparents Day is celebrated in our school, welcoming the senior citizens to witness the classroom activities of their grandchildren.

World Post Day – Under this theme, this year’s campaign highlights the Post as a vital public service rooted in communities and driven by people.

From rural villages to urban centres, the Post connects people and opens doors to the world. To commemorate the great idea of the diminishing past, We conducted, Fancy Dressing Competition and the children were asked to write letters to be sent by post.

AWARENESS PROGRAMS

Good Touch & Bad Touch – XI Std students conducted an interactive awareness session for their juniors

FIRE SAFETY DRILL was conducted by the FIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT to create awareness among the students about fire safety. KG students dressed as fire Warriors exhibited the need to show our gratitude to them.

A rally was conducted by students in and around Pallikaranai to create awareness about cervical cancer.

Regular programs are conducted by the teachers to create Drug abuse awareness.

Every year, central government organizations like NIOT, BHEL conduct Vigilance Awareness Day in our campus. The entire school enthusiastically participate in various competitions like poster making, slogan writing and elocution. All of us take a pledge to be vigilant

Indian Air force Day was celebrated to impart the greatness of our defence and how we live without fear because of their presence.
